Abdulrahman wanted to work on reading and grammar today, so I brought some worksheets where he had to correct the errors in the sentences. He did well, and only struggled with a few sentences. After these worksheets he asked about the difference between present continuous and past continuous, so I went over both of them and gave him a few examples. He had never heard of Dr. Seuss, so we read a bit of 'The Cat in the Hat', and he really enjoyed reading it after he realized that the sentences rhymed and he was able to kind of sing while reading. I suggested that he listen to the read along versions of the books on youtube and he liked that idea. Next time, I am going to bring more verb sheets so we can review more tenses together.
