Gabriela and I met on Tuesday,
May 30th at 7:00 pm and Strozier Library. Gabriela told me that she
had watched Beauty and the Beast (the newest one) and she told me how surprised
she was that she was able to understand most of what was being said during the
movie. We spent the rest of our session talking about the movie as I had
already watched it as well. I thought talking about what we liked and didn’t like
about the movie would be the perfect way to have her practice on her listening
and speaking skills without it being forced.
