We worked on writing and listening for this
session. Annalise gave me a topic for extended writing with only compound or
complex sentences. Before writing, we had a short conversation of the topic for
schema building. Also, Annalise showed me some vocabulary terms that are useful
to use in essays. For listening, she showed me a video. We did the activity
with dictocomp. The video was in very fast pace so, I thought it was a level
appropriate listening lesson. She also taught me some American slangs. It was
very interesting and fun.
